• Respond to emergency requests promptly and honestly

• Report any suspicious or inappropriate behavior
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

5. Prohibited Activities

You may NOT:

• Provide false medical information or fake donation history
• Use the Service for commercial blood trading or sales
• Harass, threaten, or discriminate against other users
• Share or misuse other users’ personal information
• Attempt to hack, disable, or interfere with the Service
• Create fake accounts or impersonate others
• Use automated systems to interact with the Service
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

6. Medical Disclaimers

Key Points:

• Always consult healthcare professionals before donating blood
• Follow all medical protocols and safety guidelines
• Saathi does not verify medical information provided by users
• Blood compatibility and safety testing is the responsibility of medical facilities
• Emergency situations require immediate medical attention beyond our platform

7. Privacy and Data Use

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and sharing of your information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Saathi and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to:

• Medical complications or adverse health outcomes
• Delays in finding donors or recipients
• Inaccurate user-provided information
• Technical failures or service interruptions
• Loss of data or unauthorized access to accounts

9. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain continuous service availability, Saathi may experience downtime for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues.

• We do not guarantee 100% uptime or availability
• Emergency situations should always involve direct medical contact
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features
• We may suspend accounts for violations of these Terms

10. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Saathi and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

11. Termination

Account Termination

• You may terminate your account at any time through the mobile app settings (Settings → Account → Delete Account) or by contacting support
• We may terminate accounts for violations of these Terms
• Termination does not affect past donations or commitments
• Certain provisions of these Terms survive termination

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes through the app or email. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Nepal.
