We respect your right to delete your account. Here's everything you need to know about the process.

Mobile App Users

You can delete your account directly from the Saathi mobile app by going to Settings → Account → Delete Account. The process is immediate and secure.

How to Delete Your Account

Mobile App

Delete your account directly from the app:

  2. 2Navigate to Settings
  3. 3Go to Account section
  4. 4Tap "Delete Account"
  5. 5Confirm your decision

What Happens When You Delete Your Account

⚠️ Account deletion is permanent and irreversible

Once your account is deleted, you cannot recover your data, donation history, or profile information. Please make sure you want to permanently delete your account before proceeding.

Data That Will Be Deleted

  • Your profile information and contact details
  • Blood type and medical information
  • Complete donation history and records
  • All messages and communications
  • Preferences and app settings
  • Location data and emergency contacts

Data That May Be Retained

  • Anonymized statistical data for research
  • Legal records required by law (up to 30 days)
  • Fraud prevention and security logs
  • Data needed for ongoing medical research (anonymized)

Note: Any retained data is completely anonymized and cannot be linked back to you personally.

Account deleted instantly when using the mobile app deletion feature.

We'll send you a confirmation email acknowledging your deletion request.

Complete processing of your deletion request and removal of all personal data.
